We appraise several property types, including single-family, duplexes/multi-family homes, condos, manufactured homes and land. A real estate appraisal is often used for financing, PMI removal, tax purposes, estate settlement or property purchasing and selling strategies. Turnaround Time
When an appraisal is ordered, an attempt to schedule an appointment will be made within 24 hours. Most reports are completed and delivered within 48 hours of the site visit, barring any complex issues with the property

Ongoing status reports regarding issues that may arise in the appraisal process will be made available as soon as they arise, in order to complete the appraisal in the most timely manner possible. A completed appraisal report can typically be available within two business days of the site visit. The appraisal can then be sent via EDI/pdf electronic delivery, courier and/or US mail.
